Battery Management System (BMS):

This battery is also equipped with an internal Battery Management System (BMS) that continuously monitors and optimizes each Prismatic cell within the battery during normal operation. The increased height allows for a full 360° connection of the battery cables, making installation easier and more flexible. Additionally, a metal battery tray and hold-down strap are included for free to streamline the installation process.

The G2 now incorporates a “Built-In Reset Button,” simplifying the process of restarting a flat battery. You no longer need to apply voltage to the battery terminals to awaken it. Just press the button, and within seconds, the battery comes back to life, ready to accept a charge source for rejuvenation.

The new G2 also includes an RS485 communications port located on the top of the battery, enabling integration with other CanBus systems for data monitoring and recording.

Important Notes:

• The G2 battery can be paralleled with a second G2 battery of the same size, but for maximum performance and battery lifespan, do not connect more than four batteries together to increase overall capacity. Ensure that overall loads when paralleled do not exceed the current limits of a single battery’s BMS.
• The G2 200Ah battery can handle a maximum inverter capacity of 2600W only. Exceeding this capacity may damage the BMS Management within the battery.
• Please note that G2 batteries must not be installed in vehicle engine bays or high-heat environments, as detailed in Section 10 – Battery Specifications of the manual. They should also not be installed in wet areas such as caravan chassis mounts, open ute trays, or boat deck areas. Additionally, avoid installing them inside compartments dedicated to carrying gas.
• This product is not suitable for mounting in areas exposed to the elements. It is an electronic product designed for internal use ONLY.
