• Issues arising outside the applicable warranty period.
• Consequential loss related to product installation or failure, unless
• reasonably foreseeable.
• Damage caused by malicious acts, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Damage due to animals, vermin, or pests, unless reasonably foreseeable.
• Pre-existing electrical installations, including wiring and fuse boxes.
• Damage from “acts of God” or events typically covered by homeowner’s insurance (e.g., lightning, hail, storms, or floods).
• Unauthorised modifications, alterations, or repair attempts.
• Damage or defects resulting from inspections, repairs, or attempted repairs by anyone not authorised by 12/24 Volt Auto Electrics.

Warranty Claim Process at 12/24 Volt Auto Electrics

1. Complete the Warranty Form- Please fill out the warranty form, providing all necessary details about the product, including the model number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Email the Completed Form – Once the warranty form is completed, email it to us at info@1224volt.com.au. Ensure that all required information is provided to avoid any delays.
3. Return the Product to the Original Seller- For warranty claims, the product must be returned to the original company of purchase. We will assist in organising this process for you, ensuring everything is handled efficiently.
4. Assessment of Warranty Claim-  Our team will work with the seller to review and assess the warranty claim. If necessary, we may request further details or photos to assist in resolving the issue.
5.  Resolution- Once the warranty claim is accepted, we will coordinate with the original seller to provide a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Follow Up- We will keep you informed of the progress of your warranty claim and let you know once the issue has been resolved.

If products need to be removed for warranty purposes, an Hourly fee of $140 + GST will still apply. This fee reflects our standard rates for removal and handling.
